Ordering & Delivery

At Our Little Butter, we want your shopping experience to be smooth and enjoyable. Please review the following ordering and delivery information before placing your order. By purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

Shipping & Processing

  • We ship worldwide from our warehouse in China.

  • All items are made-to-order, and production begins within 2 hours of placing your order. Because of this, cancellations or changes are not guaranteed.

  • Estimated delivery time is 14–20 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Delivery times may vary due to customs or local courier delays.

Tracking Updates

  • Initial tracking may only show movement within China.

  • If your tracking shows “delivered” in China, it means your parcel has been handed over to our cross-border courier, and a new tracking number has been generated for international transit.

  • Once in your country, your package will clear customs and be delivered by your local postal service.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Depending on your country’s regulations, customs fees, import duties, or local taxes may apply.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
    We are not liable for customs delays or additional fees.

Possible Transit Delays

International shipping involves several steps such as customs inspections and local courier handling. While most orders arrive on time, delays may occur beyond our control. We are always here to assist with updates, but we cannot be held responsible for transit-related delays.

Damaged Parcels

We carefully package every order, but once in transit, damages can occasionally happen. Please note that we cannot issue re-shipments or replacements for parcels damaged during transit. If this occurs, we recommend contacting your local courier to file a claim.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by your local courier, it is considered successfully delivered. If your package cannot be found (stolen, misplaced, or signed for by someone else), you will need to contact your local courier for more details. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible in these cases.
